EPA LEAD AND COPPER RULE
EPA requires the Authority to identify and replace all lead and copper lines.
Authority Action
The Authority needs to know if the lateral and lines in your home are lead or copper. Please let the Authority know the type of pipes that you have.
Enforcement
The Authority will be contacting all noncompliant landowners to stay in compliance with EPA. If the Authority is in noncompliance, it will directly impact water rates, funding and grants.
